Er, ok.. quick update….

Sunday went Frasers Hill… quite big group, 18 people…. went to the Pine Trees Trail….. looks very easy and should be no problem…… but… donno why that day very tiring, … don’t play play… quite long walk.. started 8.30am.. came out… about 3pm- 3.30pm………  one girl sprain her leg so, have to wait for her and edwin and korean lee to finish…. very sleepy… left KL at 5.30am…… carpool with Ong, Meeling, Shoo Chan, YK ….  Frasers Hill not cold at all in the afternoon, … somebody mentioned that its been like this for 2 weeks… must be the El Nino lah…….Later on in the evening, nice dinner, go to makan place in Rawang … that Shoo Chan recommended…. the house, selling fish with wan tan noodles…. yummy.. everybody take one plate of fish……….

Then yesterday, almost whole day.. from 9am to 3.30pm went for the Biggest Loser Finale… why so long… got technical problem, have to wait… and got some retakes… like working… locked up in the sound stage…. they ask the audience to cheer lah……. anyway, good we can see it live, because the final edit on TV sucks…. bad lighting etc… Sarimah the TV host was great… very friendly, cheerful…… and Carlo from Phillippines now looks like Keanu Reaves…. girls looks like hot babes now…. will put up photos later……….

I bought 2 big durians yesterday in Taman Tun, good….. I had a few biji and Dad and Veronika whacked everything…. Jason not feeling well stomach problem… have to eat panadol/charcoal pill etc……

Been resting and not working since Thursday… today will start work again full swing… got deadline this afternoon but haven’t start… heh heh………..
