Hmm… what to do…. would you rather be broke and not stressed up or have money but very stressed up and tired….. Maybe I’m just not used to it….. time to drink more fruit juice and go swimming so that got more energy……

Too many projects running at the same time, no focus…… need to close down site and stop accepting new projects (from internet).

1pm update ..

Today early morning yelled at another client … some misunderstanding…..so went swimming in Kelana Jaya this morning to calm down my nerves… feels great, especially on Friday ladies only pool, nobody except me swimming …. also got chance to flirt with the lifeguard…….. just spent about 45 mins there, sun was getting hot……..

Kuma will be coming to stay with us for 2 weeks, to recuperate. This weekend I’m going taiping…

This morning typed out the service contract for the client, so far so good. What’s the difference between big project and small project…. big project take longer time to come up with quotation, have to come up with contract… and there’s a lengthy discussion with client even before the project begins…….. in a way its better, both sides know the requirement and expectations and the workload…….. better chance of getting the project completed….. and the client takes me more seriously and treats me like a professional………. heh

Yesterday went to visit the English language center in KL, few days ago the client called me up, say they are worried, not enough people sign up, blah blah… so I was wondering what’s happening there, how are they running the place…..  but I went there to visit them yesterday, everything seems fine, client is ok, good mood, excited….. they have got all their banners up all over the city… jalan ampang etc…… and the website is great…. in my opinion best english language center website in KL… and the staff looks happy……… they just pass me more photos and videos to put up……. aarrhhh more work ……

Had dinner with client nearby, asam fish curry with rice…… chatting with him………

So in business its all about building up the value, no business succeeds overnight, and in this client’s case, took them 5 years to reach to this point….. alot of disappointments on the way, problems with the staff and teachers etc…. and now that they’ve got a new center, new website, everything looks set to sail smoothly from now on………so its, build up the value, don’t see any results yet, don’t make that much money yet, keep doing what you’re doing, then when the time comes… people will recognize the value, and…. suddenly, you hit the big time !

Same goes for my web design business hopefully, for the past few years like going nowhere, still driving same car for 10 years,  keep working but not seeing the results but over the years build up the portfolio and the website, build up the skills and experience, doing work with all types of clients, some projects even not making money/subsidised/charity work, ….. yalah….. so now so busy, hope things will improve from here…. even my grandma asking me to stop travelling so much and buy new car…… that day I was driving her to the clinic, raining and my car windscreen wiper was making all kinds of funny noises……….
