The starting point at the carpark.
Meet up with Shoo Chan, SP, Chia, Mr Chin etc..
Starting Point. The Men's Open, divided into a few groups starting at different times, so that its not so congested.
Another batch going to start. Announcers say don't worry if you start later than the rest, because we are wearing the timing chip on our shoes. Its like touch and go device... *teet teet*

Ok, I'm waiting with the other girls .. Women open only one batch....
Started running at 8.45am ... run about 1 km up a hill to the base of the tower...

Since I already came yesterday, I knew it wasn't that far.. so I didn't stop for water..

Go back down using the lift... volunteers pass me goody bag and 'Finisher Medal'
Help yourself with some free drinks...... 100 Plus and Milo... they also provide free food... like mee hoon and nasi lemak.....
Other categories start running...e.g. Junior category, disabled etc... I even saw a man with crutches.....
Afterthat went home......
